Many of our participants are: • Single mothers, recently divorced or widowed • Recovering from substance abuse • Recovering from physical abuse • Overcoming legal issues • On public assistance with a desire to be self-sufficient • All have a sincere desire to move from dependency to self-sufficiency and are willing to accept responsibility as an intern at CWJC
