PASTOR: CHRIS MCLAIN
Chris became the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Bandera in 2020. He previously served as Pastor of First Baptist Church of Crowell, Texas and holds degrees from Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University, Texas Tech University, and Vernon College. Originally from Vernon, Texas, Pastor Chris and his wife Jessy have one son, Robert.

FAMILY PASTOR: TOMMY DERRICK
Tommy joined First Baptist Church of Bandera in 2022. He previously served as the pastor of The Fellowship in Troup, Texas, and brings over twenty years of ministry experience as well as degrees from Wayland Baptist University and Dallas Baptist University to his ministry to our students and families. Tommy and Heather have three daughters, Hadley, Caed, and Raegan.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: CELESTE SCHAEFER
Celeste has been a member of First Baptist Church of Bandera since 2013. She joined the staff in 2022, and in addition to working in the church office, she volunteers in the Kids and Area 56 pre-teen ministries. Celeste and Quincy have five daughters and love making Bandera their home.
